Domestic

Free First Class UK shipping on orders totaling £100.00 or more. Use checkout code SHIPUK. Code is only valid if the customer is based in the UK. 

First Class Mail takes up to 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days from time of purchase for your goods to be packaged, shipped and delivered. 

Priority Mail (Special Delivery) takes up to 1 to 2 business days to process. If your priority order was placed on a Friday after 4pm, it will be processed the Monday after. Please allow 2- 6 business days from time of purchase for your goods to be shipped and delivered.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on UK bank holidays (Christmas Eve *December 24th* and New Year's Eve *December 31st* also count as holidays since all shipping carriers operate on a limited schedule).

Shipping notification simply means that the UK Postal Service was electronically notified by Knots to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by Royal Mail or the actual mailing date of the package. Delivery status information is provided if/when available. Information is updated periodically, but there may be occasional delays. 

NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA ROYAL MAIL IS AN ESTIMATION. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED. 

International

By purchasing our products, you agree to the following:

  • You are fully responsible for the tracking of your items once it leaves Knots offices and you're provided with a tracking number. 
  • If you live outside of the UK you may be subject to import and duty fees. 

Depending on your location, the carrier may not keep the tracking information updated. It is the customer's responsibility to check with his or her local postal services to see if the items have arrived to any country outside of the UK. Once the package leaves the offices of Knots and the customer is provided with a tracking number, Knots no longer has control of the item. If any item is marked as 'delivered"; Knots will not process a refund for the item. If a package is returned to Knots because it was marked as "unclaimed", Knots will process a refund (minus the shipping costs) for the item(s). 

Unclaimed mail: If an item is returned to us because it is unclaimed, the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed. 

Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out, and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed. If a package is tracked as 'Delivered', Knots will not process a refund for that package. 

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, and an additional 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. Most orders are usually delivered before then.
