Returns + Exchanges

Do read this carefully.

  • All orders are FINAL.
  • We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
  • We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
  • We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
  • If your tracking information state your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
  • Please be advised if you do not choose to track your item it is your responsibility if the item is lost in the post. We highly recommend tracking your item.
  • If your item has not arrived after 10 days of ordering in the UK - 14 days abroad please contact us at
  • We will work with you in contacting Royal Mail. You may get a faster result by contacting or visiting your local post office. 
  • For cases where an order is lost with a tracking number, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery.  If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit if tracking says your items were delivered.
  • Knots reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
  • Knots reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
